I created First Movement Co because I saw how many people felt stuck between being told to rest… or being pushed to keep up.

My approach is informed by physiotherapy, so your movement is supported, not separate from how your body actually feels day to day.

Instead of rushing you through movement, we take a more considered approach. One where you can build strength, confidence, and ease over time without feeling like you’re starting over.

What this looks like in practice:

Small group sessions (max 10 people), so you feel supported without feeling watched

Clear progressions so you’re not guessing what comes next
